Dr.-Ing. K. Busch GmbH has launched a new generation of the digital vacuum gauge VacTest. The vacuum gauge VacTest can be used in coarse vacuum to measure and to control the pressure in all kind of equipment and systems working under vacuum.

The measuring range of the gauge goes from atmospheric pressure 1000 hPa (mbar) down to 1 hPa (mbar) absolute, covering the operating pressure range of most of the systems. The VacTest is fit for purpose with its small flange connection or with the hose nipple included in the package. The push-button Mode and the big display make handling and reading easy and precise. The absolute pressure can be measured in hPa (mbar) or Torr, showing either the pressure on the display or making a continuous monitoring. Due to its memory function, the highest and the lowest value at continuous operation can be recorded and called up later on.

Compact dimensions, battery operation and easy connection are the conditions for quick and reliable use. Due to cycled measurements, the battery life will last up to 5000 operating hours. More information at info@busch.de.

Dr.-Ing. K. Busch GmbH has significantly expanded its range of Dolphin liquid ring vacuum pumps. Fourteen different pumps, with 20 to 1600 cubic metre per hour vacuum capacities, are now available in the two stage Dolphin LH series.

Each Dolphin LH model capacity features a special model with the EC Certificate of Type Conformity issued by the Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB) (national metrology institute). The Certificate is proof of compliance to EC Directive 94/9 EG (ATEX 95). Such liquid ring vacuum pumps are certified for use in Zone 0 (indoors) and Zone 1 (outdoors). The Certificate covers Appliance Group II, Category 1(i), Category 2(o) G of the Explosion Group IIB, Temperature Class T4(i), T4(o).

Besides the Dolphin LH series, Busch builds the single stage Dolphin LU liquid ring vacuum pumps. These pumps deliver 80 to 440 cubic metres of vacuum power per hour. Vacuum pumps in both these series are mounted to base plates in modular configurations. Dolphin LU liquid ring vacuum pumps provide 150 mbar end pressure and the two stage Dolphin LH pumps reach 33 mbar end pressure. Dolphin LC is the third series of liquid ring vacuum pumps built by Busch. Also available in various vacuum capacities ranging from 30 to 380 cubic metres per hour, these block assembly vacuum pumps reach up to 33 mbar of end pressure. All Dophin liquid ring vacuum pumps come in different materials and material combinations making it easy to find the optimum solution for the medium that is to be moved.

In addition to the standard models, Busch custom builds vacuum systems for specific customer applications and features a comprehensive selection of accessories.
